Building a Coaching Mindset 

In this time of collaboration, with an environment of ambiguity and change –one of the most critical skills is to be able to have conversations that inspire, engage, and create possibilities. Coaching skills help us do this with confidence, and help us manoeuvre conversations with people irrespective of their age, expertise or challenges.  

 

In this program, individuals will -

 

  • Understand what coaching is and what it is not
  • Learn to adopt a growth mindset

  • Learn the essential skills required to have a coaching conversation with colleagues

  • Learn to balance the asking and the telling in any dialogue

  • Learn to have developmental conversations using coaching skills

  • Learn to support people to discover their own solutions

  • Build confidence in their ability to have a coaching conversation with colleagues
